Thanks to my many years of experience and careful drafting of contracts, I can help you avoid conflicts in advance. As a lawyer, I do everything I can to turn your conflict into a success. As a mediator, I support you in the private and corporate sphere as an impartial third party on the path from conflict to a consensual solution in order to find a new culture of togetherness.
Curriculum vitae
I studied law at the University of Vienna and graduated in 2009. Before that, I was allowed to study at the University of Utrecht for one semester as part of an Erasmus stay, which was a particularly enriching experience not only legally, but also personally.
After graduating, I completed the court year in Vienna and worked as a trainee lawyer in the toplaw team from March 2011.
I successfully passed the bar exam in October 2013. After my registration in the list of lawyers in 2015, I was admitted to partnership at Jeannée Mikula & Partner Rechtsanwälte as an attorney-at-law.
In 2017, I completed further training to become a certified data protection officer. Since 2020, I have also been allowed to call myself a Certified Foundation Director after having completed the required certification process.

Main focus
I specialise in corporate, company and foundation law and related cross-sectional matters, in particular contract law, acquisitions and sales of companies, employment law and data protection law.
I am the right contact person for advice and support in the implementation of strategies and the achievement of your goals. I will be happy to advise you in German or English.
